Discharge without Conviction Applications

If you have pleaded guilty to a criminal offence, or are found guilty of committing a criminal offence, the Court can discharge you without a conviction being entered on your record (106 & 107 Sentencing Act 2002).

You may be understandably concerned about the impact of a criminal conviction on your reputation, immigration status, ability to travel abroad freely, ability to maintain your current employment, or ability to secure future employment.
